·         2008 Sworn Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Network of the Provincial Officials and Employees to the Deputy Ombudsman for the Visayas.

 

·         Quarterly Reports on Accession / Separation of Provincial Employees at CSC.

 

·         34 Applications for membership with the GSIS were transmitted at GSIS Aklan Satellite Office.

 

·         List of Employed Personnel of the Provincial Government at the Department of Labor and Employment.

 

·         List of Provincial Official and Employees at the Land Bank and PNB in connection with the Salary Loan Program to the Provincial Government Personnel.

 

·         Prepared Notice of Salary Adjustment as of July 1, 2009 to December 2009 Salary Increased Implementation.

 

·         Prepared Personnel Schedule for the granting of compensation adjustment for all government employees effective July – December 2009.

 

·         Prepared Personnel Schedule for the year 2010 submitted to Provincial Budget Office for review.

 

·         Prepared 2010 Plantilla of Personnel for submission to CSC.

 

        The Civil Service Commission Resolution No. 090775 dated May 26, 2009, granted the Provincial Government of Aklan the authority to take final actions on appointments.

 

The Civil Service Commission grant of authority to the Provincial Government of Aklan is the first in the 53rd history of our beloved province.

 

The authority is provided in the Civil Service Commission Agency Accreditation Program pursuant to the May 26, 2009 Civil Service Resolution No. 090775.  This is in accordance with Section 12 (16), Book V of the Administrative Code of 1987 which empowers the Civil Service Commission to delegate authority for the performance of any function to departments, agencies or offices.
